Content: 1.     Made the executive decision to reduce the Town and Parish Warden Grant by £66k for 2026/27 and 2027/28.   2.     Cabinet approved the 2026 review of the concurrent services grant.   RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND   3.     Cabinet recommended to council the 2026/27 £200k draw down from reserves to support the Town and Parish Council Investment fund, and to delegate the approval of final investment fund allocations to the Portfolio Holder for Corporate and Commercial in conjunction with the CFO.
