Content: Committee agreed that authority to grant Full Planning Permission be delegated to the Head of Planning and Economy to condition and also subject to the following:        1.    Planning Service to agree and apply an appropriate condition for mitigation measures to facilitate noise interference to an acceptable level that will not disturb neighbouring residential properties ensuring relevant planning measures are met.    2.    Condition that mitigation measures should be implemented within six months (subject to manufacturers lead times).    The application is therefore considered to comply with ALDP 2023 Policy 1 Policy 3, Policy 4 and NPF4 Policy 14 and Policy 23 as the mitigation as conditioned, would facilitate the noise interference to an acceptable level that would not give rise to noise and disturbance to the occupants of neighbouring properties.
