Purpose:

Content: Apologies noted from Councillor Cassie.    In accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were made:   Item 6 Councillor Sutherland made a transparency statement by virtue of not attending the site visit, he felt however that he had sufficient information to take remain and take part in the decision.    Councillor J Adams made a transparency statement by virtue of not attending the site visit, he has since visited the location and felt that he had sufficient information to remain and take part in the decision   Councillor Bell made a transparency statement by virtue of not attending the site visit, she has since visited the location and felt that she had sufficient information to remain and take part in the decision.    Items 6, 8 and 9 Councillor Cox made a declaration by virtue of association with the applicant’s agent.  He advised that he would leave the meeting whilst these items were being discussed.   Item 10 Councillor Cox made a transparency statement by virtue of attending the applicant’s business on a group site visit to look at egg production.  Having applied the objective test, he decided he would remain in the meeting and take part in the item.    Councillor Cox attended the meeting for Items 1-5, 7 and 10.  He left the meeting early following these items and did not return.
