Content: Decision: To grant a new 25-year lease of Castle Restaurant and Unit 1, Castle Car Park, Sydenham Road, Guildford to Thairama Limited on the terms set out in Appendix 1 (Exempt Information) of this report.   Reason(s): 1.                     The proposed new lease represents best consideration and provides security of income for the Council. 2.                     Granting the proposed new lease prevents additional external agents and court costs being incurred from an application to court to resolve the renewal, or costs associated with a vacant unit should the tenant not accept any alternative terms. Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None.   Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
