Content: 13.1 The Committee considered a report of the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services which gave details of the 2025-26 Housing Capital Programme outturn at the end of Quarter 2, and the updated budget position for the 5-year Housing Capital Programme (2025/26–2029/30).     13.2 RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Housing Policy Committee:- (a)  Notes the 2025-26 Housing Capital Programme outturn at the end of Quarter 2 set out in section 2 of the report; and (b)  Notes the updated budget position for the 5-year Housing Capital Programme (2025/26–2029/30) as set out in Appendix 3.         13.3 Reasons for Decision     13.3.1 This report is to provide the Housing Policy Committee members with an update on progress against the 5-year approved Capital Programme at the end of Quarter 2, 2025/26.         13.4 Alternatives Considered and Rejected     13.4.1 This update report is for noting and therefore does not take into account any alternative options
