Content: The Area Committee has approved an application received from 4 Seasons Events Group for the use of Woodbank Memorial Park to hold a family inflatable, small rides and games event which comprises attractions for children up to the age of 12 from Saturday, 2 May to Monday, 6 May 2026 between 11.30am and 5.30 pm, daily, with access required from Tuesday, 28 April 2026 to Tuesday, 6 May 2026, subject to the event organiser obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork at least 2 weeks prior to the event, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory traffic management plan and the payment of agreed fees and charges.
