Content: Resolved:   Cabinet approves:   The proposed principles and methodology for setting fees and charges;   The contents of the Fees and Charges Framework (Appendix A).   Cabinet notes:   The proposed increase to fees & charges for 2026/27 as presented (Appendix B) (Appendix 4).   Reasons for Decision:   To support the annual budget setting process and management of fees & charges process.
