Content: The Scrutiny Children and Families Committee RESOLVED to convey to the Executive that:   ·       The Committee had noted the importance of stability and community support for carers. ·       The Committee requested continued updates and offered help with recruitment promotion. ·       The Council needed to continue making investment in fostering and kinship care initiatives, including Mockingbird and intervention support.
