Content: The Scrutiny Children and Families Committee RESOLVED to convey to the Executive that:   ·       The Council should note the urgent need for SEND reforms. ·       Executive Member should press for faster recruitment processes. ·       The Committee supported prioritising children in care and phase transfers. ·       The Committee recommended lobbying for the new special school to progress and improving interim support for families.
