Content: Cabinet:   1)    NOTED the progress made on delivery of the HRA Asset Management Plan during 2025-2026 and updated trajectory for the HRA Business Plan.   2)    ENDORSED the HRA Asset Management Plan refresh (2026-2031) and associated capital programme.   3)    NOTED that uncertainty regarding national policy change and implementation requirements linked to the Decent Homes Standard and Energy Performance may require reprofiling of the Asset Management Plan for 2027-2032.
