Content: DECISION:   RESOLVED:   That the Cornwall Growth Board:   1.  Supports the setting up of a working group to explore the development of a Cornwall International Strategy to complement our Good Growth Plan and associated inward investment priorities and to give strategic direction to our work to position Cornwall as a vibrant, internationally connected nation of the UK (for example, collaboration Memoranda of Understandings with other Celtic nations).   2.  Endorses Global Cornish as the Cornwall Diaspora Strategy.   3.  Agrees that an options paper is developed to set out the business case and model for Global Cornish to be set up potentially as an entity external to Cornwall Council.     Reason for the Decision:    As contained within the report.   Alternative options considered:   None other than contained within the report.   Conflicts of interest declared:   None.   Dispensations granted in respect of a conflict of interest:   N/A
