Purpose: It is proposed to provide grant funding (using General Reserves) for 3 x 1 bedroom flats for the over 60's to be delivered by Chichester Greyfriars.

Content: RESOLVED   That Cabinet Agree:   a) To allocate £105,000 from Commuted Sums to Chichester Greyfriars Housing Association to support the delivery of 3 Social Rented homes at York Road and Bognor Road.   b) That payment of the grant is delegated to the Director of Housing & Communities, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing Revenues & Benefits, in accordance with para 7.3 of the report.
