Purpose: To report on progress in delivering a project to support young people to move from high-cost residential care in line with their assessed need.

Content: That members reviewed and formally acknowledged the progress achieved in implementing the Reconnect programme and endorsed the reintegration of children from out-of-county residential placements where this was assessed as a safe and appropriate transition, aligned to a child’s needs.
