Purpose:

Content: i.  Agree that if Full Council approves the CTS scheme for 2026/27, the CTS Hardship Fund should continue for 2026/27 with a reduced amount of £175,000, funded from the Crisis and Resilience Fund for this expenditure.   ii.  Recommend for Full Council:  The Council Tax Support scheme for 2026/27 as appended at Appendix A be approved to come into effect on 1 April 2026.
