Content:  The Executive agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:   To approve the issue of a notice of proposal to revoke the Blackpool Enhanced Partnership in line with the revocation process as outlined within Appendix 2a, to the Executive report, and the proposed programme set out in paragraph 6.4 of the report.
