Purpose: This report provides an update following the establishment of a Merton Legacy Board to oversee the development of capital projects that leave a lasting legacy in Merton, funded from the allocation of £15m from Capital Receipts from the Merton Legacy Fund. An Advisory Board made up of individuals from a range of sectors and community interests in the borough has been working to support the decision-making process by reviewing and recommending proposals to Cabinet. This report provides details of the projects that will be put to the public vote.
