Content: The Committee for Strategy and Resources Committee (unanimous vote in favour): 1.      Approved the rent and service charge setting for 2026-27 and implementation of service charges for lift maintenance and communal utilities. 2.      The Committee noted the Government’s decision on rent convergence in the Autumn budget and further January 2026 update and apply rent convergence once agreed.
