Content: (a)    That the Committee notes the progress made in embedding digital technology across Social Services; (b)    That the Committee supports continued investment of resources into digital platforms to improve efficiency and service user outcomes; and (c)    That the Committee endorses the development of a Flintshire Digital in Social Care Framework aligned with the Welsh Government DiSC Framework and the Council’s digital transformation agenda.
