Content: 1)             Cabinet notes the progress made in relation to delivering the Council Plan in 2025/26 as outlined in section 3 and with full details in appendix 1.   2)             Cabinet approves the Risk Management Framework (appendix 2) and notes current strategic risks as detailed in appendix 1.
