Content: RESOLVED – That the following appointments be made to the vacant seats on Committees, Scrutiny Committees and Various Panels set up by the Council as part of its Constitution:   Customers, Performance, Resources and Governance Scrutiny Committee Councillor Michael Morris Councillor Jerry Wellens   Investigation and Disciplinary Committee No nominations received, therefore seat to remain vacant   Reason for decision   To agree the appointment of Members to the vacant seats on Committees, Scrutiny Committees and Various Panels set up by the Council as part of its Constitution, as outlined in paragraph 2.1 of the report.
