Content: Agreed the Treasury Management Strategy for 2026/27 as set out in appendix A of the report, noting there were no comments from Cabinet and Audit and Risk Management Panel.   Agreed the Capital Strategy for 2026/27 (including increased highway maintenance funding of £2.3m via a DfT grant) set out in appendix B of the report, noting there were no comments from Cabinet and the Audit and Risk Management Panel.   Agreed the Prudential Indicators for the period 2024/25-2028/29 in appendix C of the report.   Agreed the arrangements for determining the Minimum Revenue Provision for 2026/27 as set out in appendix D of the report.
