Content: Recommended to Full Council (Budget and policy framework):   1)    That Cabinet recommends the Eastbourne Local Development Scheme as set out in Appendix 1 to the report and adopted at the Full Council meeting on 25 February 2026.   Resolved (Key decision):   2)    That delegated authority is given to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regulatory Services, Staff and Performance, Enterprise to make any minor amendments to the Local Development Scheme ahead of publication.
