Purpose: To recommend to Council the Housing Revenue Account Budgets for 2026-27.

Content: The Executive Recommended to Full Council on 2 March 2026 That (i)    the Final Housing Revenue Account budgets for 2026-27, as set out in Appendix 1 to the report, be agreed; and           (ii)   with effect from 6 April 2026, rents be increased by 4.8%. Reason: To enable a decision to be made by Council on the Housing Revenue budget for 2026 and to approve the increase in rents from 6 April 2026.
