Purpose:

Content: (A) Open Space, Sport and Recreation Supplementary Planning Document   It was moved by the Leader, Seconded by Councillor Patient,   that the recommendations of Cabinet contained in Minute Number 67 (part (b) only), be approved.   RESOLVED that the Open Space, Sport and Recreation Supplementary Planning Document be adopted.   (B) REPORT TO RECOMMEND ENDORSEMENT OF THE WEST YORKSHIRE LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN   It was moved by the Leader, Seconded by Councillor Patient,   that the recommendations of Cabinet contained in Minute Number 82 (part (a) only), be approved.   RESOLVED that the Mayor’s West Yorkshire Local Transport Plan and confirmation of Calderdale’s support for its adoption by the Mayor at the Combined Authority as the region’s statutory Local Transport Plan be endorsed.   (C) REPORT TO RECOMMEND ADOPTION OF CALDERDALE TRANSPORT STRATEGY (CTS) 2026-2040   It was moved by the Leader, Seconded by Councillor Patient,   that the recommendations of Cabinet contained in Minute Number 83 (part (a) only), be approved.   RESOLVED that the Calderdale Transport Strategy 2026–2040 be approved.
