Purpose: The report sought to ensure that the Council had an up to date Local Development Scheme (LDS) as required by Section 15 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended).

Content: RESOLVED That Full Council be recommended to: (i)                 Approve and adopt the Local Development Scheme at Appendix 2 (ii)               Approve its publication with effect from the date of this decision (iii)             Delegate authority to the Strategic Growth Director to make minor updates to the Local Development Scheme as required to reflect any legislative updates or updates to the local plan programme.
