Purpose: This report outlines the requirement for Capital Infrastructure Fund (CIF) investment for building alterations at Nuneaton and Rugby fire stations.

Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1.     Authorises the addition to the capital programme of £1.341m to be funded from the Capital Investment Fund for building alterations at Nuneaton and Rugby Fire Stations; and   2.     Authorises the Executive Director for Resources in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property to undertake required procurement activity and to enter into all contracts and agreements as may be necessary to deliver the alterations on terms and conditions acceptable to him.
