Horsham as lead council will provide authority to award the entire procurement exercise, Crawley will just cover authority to award its own contract for Water Supply for non-residential supplies across CBC. The Cabinet report which delegated authority to the Leader was FIN/634 which was considered by Cabinet on 29.11.23.
