Purpose: To consider renewing the Microsoft Contract which supports ICT services across the Council, including Microsoft Office and Server Infrastructure.

Content: 1.         That the Council services currently provided under the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, due to expire on 30 June 2025, be renewed. 2.         That the commencement of a further competition process under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework RM6098 (Technology Products and Associated Services 2) to award a new three-year contract for the services, be approved. 3.         That authority be delegated to the Director of Finance and Resources to approve the award of the contract following the further competition.
