Content: RESOLVED:   Subject to Lead Member approval   1.  To approve the procurement of a Family Time Services for Looked After Children, for a maximum period of five years (3+1+1 years) at a cost of up to £3.44m. 2.  To approve the variation of the existing contract by appointing a new provider, due to the original provider entering into administration, for a period of 31 months, from 7th February 2023 until 31st August 2025 at a cost of £1.97m to ensure continuity of service and sufficient time for the proposed procurement to be completed.   Related Decisions   Cabinet Procurement Committee (now Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee) approved the award of a 5 year (3+1+1) contract to Swan Staff Recruitment Limited (the original provider) for the delivery of Contact Services for Looked After Children from 1st July 2020 to 30th June 2025.
