Purpose:

Content: 1.    That Phase 2 of the Building Communities of Specialist Provision Strategy, as detailed in the report, be approved.   2.    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Children's Services, Community Safety, Procurement and Migration, to take all decisions necessary to progress delivery of Phase 2 of the Strategy, including the procurement of necessary goods, services and works and the award and entering into of contracts and agreements and such other necessary documentation.
