Content: RESOLVED: Cabinet noted the performance of the Council and the approach to the ongoing learning and improvement from resident feedback, that will support the responsiveness and de-escalation of future complaints. REASONS RESOLVED: Local Government Ombudsman Link Officers (Complaints Manager) are encouraged to share the Annual Review Letter to raise the profile of complaints resolution, highlighting areas for improvement and sharing successes, initiating discussions, and agreeing actions with key officers and elected members to support compliance in complaints handling.
