Content: RESOLVED: That Cabinet approved the West Northamptonshire Tenancy Strategy 2024-2029 and this replaced the previous tenancy strategies in Daventry, South Northamptonshire and Northampton.   REASONS RESOLVED: 1.     To ensure the Council was meeting all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, in particular the Localism Act Section 150. 2.     To support and deliver on the Council’s related strategies including the Corporate Plan, Housing Strategy and Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: None
