Content: The Cabinet considered a report of the Director of Economy and Place which sought approval of the course of action outlined in the document.   The Heritage Director, Rochdale Development Agency, was in attendance to present the information and to answer the questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.   Resolved that the recommendations outlined at point 2 of the report be agreed.   Reason for decision: As outlined at point 3 of the report.   Options considered and rejected: As outlined at point 4 of the report.
