Purpose: Cabinet is recommended to approve the action plan that addresses the recommendations of the LGA Corporate Peer Challenge.  

Content: Cabinet: (1)          noted the outcome and recommendations from the Corporate Peer Challenge report;   (2)          agreed the action plan, which sets out the council’s response to the recommendations; and   (3)          delegated authority to the Leader of the Council for further refinement of the action plan.   Options & Alternatives Considered No other options have been considered as the recommendations have been made by the Local Government Association and in line with the process the council have committed to publishing a response.
