Content: RESOLVED to:   1.      delegate authority to the Executive Head of Regeneration, Economic Development and Preventative services in consultation with the Section 151 Officer and Cabinet Lead for Regeneration and Communities to sell the former Bulbeck Road Car Park site to the preferred developer Churchill Living Ltd.   2.      designate the proceeds of sale to the Council Regeneration Capital Reserve to be used for the purposes of regeneration, including the enablement of housing developments.
