Content: It was moved by Councillor German, seconded by Councillor Keeling and   RESOLVED that, following the review of performance during Quarter 1 (1 April to 30 June 2024), the performance issues raised by the Committee during debate be reflected in the Quarter 2 Performance Report to be presented to it in order that the Committee can ensure that reported performance is improving in those service areas and consider whether further mitigations are needed.
