That the Committee acknowledges and thanks officers for the report contents relating to current issues affecting the recruitment, retention and development of the adult social care workforce in Cornwall.   2. For the external care workforce, that the Committee supports recommendations on national lobbying in respect of fees, pay and conditions and equity with NHS employees in equivalent roles.
