Content: Having heard the representations from all the parties present the Committee considered the application and determined toadd conditions to the licence and reduce the hours of the licensable activities authorised by the licence as follows: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises): Monday – Sunday: 10.00 - 00.00 The provision of Regulated Entertainment Monday – Sunday: 09.00 -00.00 Late Night Refreshment Monday – Sunday: 23.00 – 00.00 The opening hours of the premises: Monday – Sunday: 09.00 - 00.30 The condition proposed by Air Quality & Environmental Protection Service: All amplified music systems shall be controlled by the use of a noise limiter so as not to cause nuisance to nearby noise sensitive premises. The noise limiter shall be installed and set to officers' satisfaction and thereafter maintained for the duration of use of the premises. Conditions proposed by the LOFC at the hearing: All windows in the hospitality suite will be closed when there is Regulated Entertainment taking place. Ms Gammons to email her contact number to the residents so that they can contact her if there are any issues arising when events are taking place in the hospitality suite. The portable Air Conditioning systems will always be in operation when the hospitality suite is in use.
