Having applied the objective test he had concluded that he had no interest to declare.   Councillor Davidson confirmed that she knows speaker Mr Argyle in relation to item 5b, from his previous time as a Councillor with Aberdeenshire Council and his position as Chair of Torphins Community Council. Having applied the objective test she had concluded that she had no interest to declare.   Councillor Ewenson confirmed that she knows speaker Mr Argyle in relation to item 5b, from his previous time of being a Councillor for Aberdeenshire Council and being the Liberal Democrat political party leader.
