Content: Consideration was given to a report that detailed a series of works and improvements to a Council owned property.   Resolved: That the recommendations set out in the exempt report be approved.   Reasons for Decision The decision would assist the Council to bring the property back into use and facilitate a future letting to a commercial tenant; thereby generating revenue income for the Council.   Alternatives Considered Full details of the alternative options considered and rejected were set out in the exempt report.   The Chair of Corporate Overview and Scrutiny had agreed to the Urgent Decision being taken and to waiver the call-in process so that the decision could be implemented immediately.
