Content:             Cabinet agreed to: ·         Adopt the expanded Project Apollo Energy Program and approach to delivery via three distinct phases. ·         Approve the request of £1,200,971 from the Climate Reserve Fund to fully deliver Phase 1 of the program and the required staff resource.   REASON FOR DECISION: As set out in the report.
