Content: Cabinet approved the proposed expansion of Burnside Secondary PRU.   Options & Alternatives Considered An expression of interest was sought from secondary head teachers. The only school that expressed an interest was Burnside Secondary. Not approving the expansion of Burnside Secondary could result in Waltham Forest having insufficient places for pupils being at risk of, or who have been, permanently excluded from mainstream provision.
