Purpose: Annual review and determination of fees and charges to be set by the Council from April 25. [The report is part-exempt by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)].  

Content: Cabinet considered the report and:   (a)  Approved the fees and charges as detailed in Appendix A of the report to take effect from 1 April 2025 or the earliest feasible date thereafter.   (b)  Noted the proposed variations to fees and charges in comparison to the prevailing inflation rate detailed in the report.
