The report also covers the performance of the Aegon Asset Management Investment Fund. As at 31 March 2026, the fund's value was £15,602, representing an unrealised gain of £525. This marks a significant improvement from the unrealised loss of £664 recorded at 31 March 2025. The investment income received for the year to 31 March 2026 was £834, achieving a return of 5.34%, which outperformed the target of 5%. The report notes that investment markets are experiencing volatility due to the geopolitical landscape.

The committee will also be asked to note the final audited position of the Income and Expenditure and Balance Sheet for the year ended 31 March 2025, as detailed in Appendices 3 and 4 of the report.
