The report indicates that for the Council Delivery Plan (CDP), 80% of activities are on track, with 10% delayed and 10% facing challenges, all of which are subject to mitigation efforts. Within the Performance Management Framework (PMF), 58% of Key Business Measures (KBMs) are reported as achieved or delivering, a figure consistent with the previous quarter.
