The report pack outlines the seven existing prohibitions within the current PSPO, which address issues such as begging, loitering, alcohol consumption in public areas, taking intoxicating substances, urination and defecation in public, and interfering with car parking equipment. Evidence from enforcement activity and partnership data is presented, confirming that the PSPO continues to be necessary to address persistent antisocial behaviour.
