The Licensing Panel of South Holland Council was scheduled to consider a driver's licence application. The meeting was scheduled to take place in the Council Chamber at the Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding.
Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver Licence
The Licensing Panel was scheduled to consider an application for a dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver Licence. This consideration was prompted by the disclosure of a six-month driving disqualification. The report pack provided to the panel members contained detailed information regarding this application, spanning pages 3 to 40. The report was prepared by the Public Protection Manager.
The meeting was scheduled to consider excluding the public from this item of business. This was to be done under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act. 1
