A licensing hearing is scheduled to consider an application for a premises licence for Whitehouse Farm Centre. The meeting will also cover procedural matters relating to licensing hearings.
Application for a Premises Licence at Whitehouse Farm Centre
The Licensing Hearing is scheduled to consider an application for a premises licence for Whitehouse Farm Centre in Stannington, Northumberland. The application has been made by Miss Skye Hogarty on behalf of Whitehouse Farm Centre Ltd. The proposed licensable activities include the supply of recorded music and the supply of alcohol, both on and off the premises, between 10:00 and 17:00, seven days a week.
Four objections have been received from interested parties, which have been accepted on the grounds of:
- Prevention of Crime and Disorder
- Prevention of Public Nuisance
- Public Safety
- Protection of Children from Harm
The report pack indicates that the meeting will also address the procedure at licensing hearings.
The members of the Licensing Hearing committee who are scheduled to attend are Councillor Trevor Michael Austin, Councillor Les Bowman, Councillor David Gary FitzGerald, and Councillor Alan Smith. The meeting will be attended by Heather Bowers, who is the point of contact for enquiries. Melanie Bulman, Heather Gebbie, Councillor Christine Anne Taylor, and Heather Bowers are also listed as attendees.
