The meeting considered an application for a premises licence for the takeaway restaurant Nawabs on 156 High Street, Bangor. Councillors voted unanimously to approve the application.
Premises Licence Application - Nawabs, Bangor
The committee considered an application for a new premises licence for Nawabs, a takeaway restaurant on Bangor high street.
The premises licence would allow the business to serve late night refreshments from 11pm to 12am, seven days a week.
No objections to the application had been received from North Wales Police or from the public.
In response to a question from the committee, the applicant’s representative explained that all staff would receive training on the licensing objectives, and that the training would be refreshed every six months.
This will be part of their employment contract when they join, and we refresh all training every six months.
