Summary
The Licensing Committee of Islington Council was scheduled to consider changes to the membership of one of its sub-committees. The Committee was also scheduled to receive and note the minutes of its previous meeting which took place on 21 May 2024.
Sub-Committee D Membership
The Licensing Committee was scheduled to consider a report on proposed amendments to the membership of its Licensing Sub-Committee D 1.
The report asked the Licensing Committee to agree to the following changes in membership:
- Councillor Clare Jeapes was proposed as the new Chair of the Sub-Committee
- Councillor Marian Spall was proposed as the new Vice-Chair of the Sub-Committee

Licensing sub-committees are small groups of Councillors who have been delegated responsibility for making certain decisions by a council committee.
